Under no circumstances should you let anyone gain access to the back office to get a copy. Print a copy, e-mail, or hard mail them a copy of the MSDS sheet. That is the only item in the back office that is for public use.
The back office is for location owners convenience. The marketing manual and other information is to be kept to ourselves. We have had several incidences of people masquerading as potential location buyers trying to gain more insight into our business practices. You don't know who you might be talking to or e-mailing. I have learned early in several e-mails and phone conversations that the person was a competitor. Once I learned after I called back, after hours, and got his recorded carpet cleaning message. Let them develop their own marketing techniques.
